• Test battery condition using "Midtronics MCR 717" tester (C-Class, CLK-Class, SL-Class)

B-Service is first needed at 26,000 miles or two years; then again every 26,000 miles or two years. The services will include:

• Inspect warning lights, interior lighting, dashboard illumination, and indicator lamps
• Check windshield wipers, wiper fluid and washer system, and headlamp cleaning system
• Inspect seat belts
• Reset maintenance service counter
• Replace dust filter (except SL-Class)
• Replace combination filter (SL-Class only)
• Test parking brake
• Check front and rear brake discs
• Inspect front and rear brake pads
• Inspect tires for condition, tread, and air pressure
• Tire rotation
• Inspect steering and suspension components
• Engine oil and filter change
• Replenish all fluid levels
• Check battery condition and fluid level
